construction of a social housing complex comprising
16 single family houses.
the terrain is flanked by two roads, one at east and other at west. we propose to build a new road at approximately the center of the plot, connecting the existing roads and creating a new street with two fronts. on the south side are the 2 bedroom houses, with only one floor, as well as a leisure public space. on the north side are the 3 and 4 bedroom houses which have two floors.
all houses have gardens at the front and rear.
