construction of the SPRHI headquarters.
it was decided to maintain the traditional language of the area on the ground floor, while the first floor has a more contemporary outlook. the remaining image is that of a traditional building with one floor and a turret, added a new level of contemporary character.
the internal organization divides the building into three floors. the basement is an open space for storage use. the public spaces, including reception, secretarial and technical bureau are set on the ground floor. the administration offices were placed on the top floor.
